So what’s on the agenda for tonight’s Live Video Chat?

1) We are going to give a tour of the back side of our famous Router Table. We will discuss the what, why and where we place things like the router bit tray, the placement of the router into the system, where to place your wrenches and why the table is portable?

2) We are going to discuss the feature project then within the live video we will expand the idea and think outside the box to create a wall shelving unit using the linear dovetail joint.

3) Discussing the features of the dovetail router bit and decide which one is the most common router bit.

4) The video clip will be about the set up of the dovetail router bit and finding center on the base of the joinery. This will show a simple way to find the center of the shelf base.

5) This video clip discusses the arbor router bits and shows the pitfalls. At the end of this clip we identify that it easier to buy solid router bits instead of the arbor systems…

Just 6 hours left….

The project we are going to feature today is a small project that uses the Linear Dovetail joint. Once you understand the joinery methods the next step is to think outside the box and add this joint to larger projects. I have made a sketch of my thoughts about the linear dovetail used on larger projects. I will show this sketch on the live portion of the Video Chat.

We are down to six hours to the video time. If you have any specific questions that you want me to answer please click here and post them within the chat feature of this application.
